Manage Certificates and Manage Accreditation:
The 'Manage Certificates' and 'Manage Accreditation' feature has been enhanced to be able to add multiple certificates at once.
Select the Activity and click on 'Manage Certificates'.

You will see a list of all the available certificates/accreditation/credit types that have been added on your site. Click on the 'Active' box for the credit type you wish to activate for the activity.

Enter the total certificate hours offered through the Activity and select the professions/claiming types the certificate is awarded to.
You can see the general certificate statement that is added to the certificate template. If required, the certificate language can be changed here for this Activity without affecting the certificate's statement on other Activities.

The advantage of this feature is you can check multiple certificates on a single screen and select the applicable professions.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click 'Update' to save all your changes.

After the Activity certificates are added, go the Session page and click 'Manage Accreditation'

Session 'Manage Accreditation' page lists all the certificates added on the Activity 'Manage Certificates' Page

Select the certificates that apply to this Session and add the applicable credit hours offered for this particular session attendance. Click 'Update' to save the changes.

Manage Claiming Types:
Manage Claiming Types is essentially used to add specific evaluations to be completed by the claiming type. For example: Physicians
Click on 'Manage Claiming Types'

Credit Claiming Type: Select the Profession/Claiming type
Evaluation Form: Session Evaluation specific for the Profession
Overall Evaluation Form: Overall Activity Evaluation specific to the Profession
Overall Evaluation Required: If 'Yes', completion of the overall evaluation attached on this page or the one attached to the activity Overall Evaluation field is mandatory in order to print a certificate.

The Session evaluation to be completed by other Professions should be added to the Activity Session/Event Evaluation.
Note: DO NOT attach it to the Session Evaluation field on the Session Page. If you do so this evaluation overrides the one attached to the Claiming type.
