March 2025 Release Notes

The below product updates are scheduled to go live March 12, 2025. Release notes for each update will be added here once it is available in your test environment.

Agenda Builder - Default Session Length: A new Settings icon (gear icon) has been added to the left of the filters within Agenda Builder that allows you to adjust the default length of a session when its first dropped on the grid. By default, this is set to 60 mins.

Front End Public Searches: If you're using a frond end, public facing search that has a calendar filter (to filter by date), the date picker can take you to the earliest date where data exists and gray out non-applicable dates, i.e. the first day of sessions and grey out days with no sessions. This guides the users to easily select a date that will return results. Please reach out to your project manager if you'd like your search configured this way.
 
Registration Cancellation Removes Sessions from Itinerary: If a user cancels their registration, any sessions not linked to a product will be removed from their itinerary. This will occur regardless of whether the session is added via Itinerary Planner or during the registration process.
 
Form Scale Questions - Conditional Logic with N/A Responses: If a scale question on a form becomes required as part of conditional logic, the N/A column will be disabled. This aligns with existing functionality that hides the N/A column on a scale question if the question itself is required. This ensures a user cannot answer N/A in any situations where the question is required.
