The below product updates are scheduled to go live November 3, 2025. Release notes for each update will be added here once it is available in your test environment.
On Demand/Enduring Material Sessions – Enroll Button Text Update:
On the My Learner Summary page, the "Enroll" button now displays as “View,” while on the Enduring Material page, it shows as “Enroll.” Previously, both buttons said "Enroll." This change ensures that button labels better reflect the intended action on each page.
NARS/ANCC Reporting:
We have introduced a NARS report for those reporting to ANCC, located under Reports > Activities > Special Format Credit Reports. The new report includes filters for NARS activity types and generated counts.
New data collection fields have also been created to collect data required for the NARS report that was not previously collected:
- Introduced an ANCC participant type field (Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Other) on the People > Participant Type form.
- Created a standard ANCC accreditation form (“ANCC Activity Info”) with NARS-specific questions, including fields for Activity ID, Internal ID, and multiple Outcomes Based CE Credit levels.
- Updated Manage PARS to collect and display generated counts for Registered Nurses, Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, and Other Participants, based on site claiming type and attendance.
Note: The report and some data collection elements (i.e., ANCC Activity Info form) must be turned on on a site-by-site basis. If you would like to use this report, please reach out to your project manager.
Default Public Flag for Sessions:
When creating new sessions, you now have the option for the public flag to default to “No.” This prevents sessions from appearing on the front end and ensures better control over session visibility.
External Credits Button Relocation:
Access to the External Credits feature has been moved from the main dashboard to the My Credits and Learner Data page. This keeps all credit data together and allows admins to manage external credits without having to impersonate a user.
