The below product updates are scheduled to go live March 7, 2022. Release notes for each update will be added here once it is available in your test environment.
PARS and JA-PARS Data Collection Updates: To align with the PARS and JA-PARS updates ACCME released in November 2021, we have made a variety of updates to the data that HighMarksCE can collect. The updates are detailed here.
Note, we have NOT eliminated any of the data collection fields historically available, even if ACCME no longer requires you to report on it. The updates will allow you to collect new data points ACCME will be requiring going forward and report on them.
PARS and JA-PARS New Reports: In conjunction with the data collection updates, we have introduced new reports to align with the following new excel templates ACCME released in November 2021:
- PARS - Excel Activity Template (CME)
- PARS - Excel Activity Template (CME and MOC)
- JA-PARS - Excel Activity Template (CME)
- JA-PARS - Excel Activity Template (CME and MOC)

Note, you can continue to use the Tab-delimited report as long as ACCME continues to support it.
Ask Once per Activity – Application Roles: Added support for “Ask Once Per Activity” forms for application roles, where previously this only applied to speaker roles. Review the help doc here for additional details.
RSVP – Add Activity Name(s): Added support for displaying the activity name for any role assignment.
