Activity, Session and Claiming type Evaluations

Activity Overall Evaluation:

 

Activity Overall Evaluation is one single evaluation that is available through out the activity. The way it works is, when there is a single session running for three days, the Activity Overall Evaluation is available at the end of the Session during the credit claiming process.

 

When there is more than one Session,  it is available to complete during claiming  for any of the sessions attended and the attendee would be able to save and edit it for other sessions as well until the end of the Activity.

 

Note: Mandating the completion of 'Overall Eval' before printing the certificate can be controlled by this setting under People > Claiming types 

 

Overall Session Evaluation

 

The Session evaluation added at the activity level is available for all the sessions under the activity. Once a session evaluation is completed for one session  the answers are locked for that  session. The attendees get to complete  the same evaluation every time they claim for a new session. The evaluation completed for one session cannot be edited  for the new session.

 

Note: If there is a session evaluation available on the session itself, that evaluation overrides the Overall session Evaluation.

 

 

MANAGE CLAIMING TYPE/MANAGE PROFESSION Credit > Manage Claiming types 

 

Evaluation Form: Claiming type Evaluations are the evaluations for the selected claiming type. Attach this evaluation here.

 

Overall Evaluation Form: There is an option to attach Activity Overall evaluation for a claiming type. This evaluation overrides the one attached to the Activity Overall Evaluation  on the Activity Info page.

 

Overall Evaluation required : If 'Yes', completing the Overall Evaluation attached here is required before printing certificate.

 

 

 

EDIT SESSION PAGE - CLAIMABLE SESSION/MAIN SESSION

 

Session Evaluation at the Session level: 

 

The Session evaluation at the session level is strictly attached to that specific session. One session evaluation is not available for other sessions under the activity.

 

Note: When there is a session evaluation added at both the activity and session level, the evaluation at the session level overrides the activity level session evaluation. This evaluation also overrides the Evaluation (Profession specific one)  attached to the claiming type. So, if you need both a general session evaluation and profession specific one, attach the general session eval to the Activity level. By doing this, specific profession people would complete the eval relevant to their profession and other professions would complete the general eval.

 

 

SELF  ASSESSMENT EDIT SESSION PAGE:

 

Certain professions required to complete a self-assessment can also have a specific evaluation to be completed in the Self Assessment flow. If there is Session Evaluation either  at the main Session level or the Activity level, these are completed along with the  Self Assessment evaluation in the same flow.
